SHARING SOME SPIRITUAL AWAKENINGS – WITH YOU

Welcome to www.bestofmahikari.com ! Please allow me to share with you some sugarcane juice, instead of the sugarcane stick. What I mean to say is that, I would like to humbly share with you the essence of various spiritual experiences, in place of those spiritual experiences, which I have been permitted by God, during the past 19 years of my spiritual training at Sukyo Mahikari Centers in India, Singapore & Japan. I would do it under the five headings as follows :

I. GOD-CENTEREDNESS

From the beginning of the year 2001, we have been hearing the word GOD-CENTERDNESS in a more and more frequent and pronounced manner in our monthly divine teachings from our Holy Masters. Simply putting, GOD-CENTERDNESS means :

A. Loving God through our Heart;

B. Understanding God through our Head;

C. Helping God through our Hands.

Please allow me to elaborate on these three aspects of God-centeredness as follows :

A) ‘Loving God’ can better be understood by knowing ‘what is not loving God ?’ Here is an incomplete list of the foul attitudes of not loving God, that may be mistakenly held by us

Denying the existence of God; doubting the plan of God; under-estimating the power of God; disobeying the guidance of God; hating God; counteracting God’s arrangements; betraying God; exploiting God; believing in God for outside appearance; making use of God for one’s own profit; using God to threaten others; putting God below oneself; ordering God to do things in one’s favor; being fanatic about God; criticizing God; taking God for granted; being material-centered; being self-centered; pretending to be knowledgeable about God; bargaining with God; stealing God’s power; neglecting God; begrudging God; complaining to God; being arrogant to God; having superficial faith in God; unwilling to help God…..To love God is to correctly tune-in with Him i.e. Kamimuki, in order to be united with Him i.e. Satori. (Sanskrit = Bhakti + Gyan).

B) ‘Understanding God’ is made easy through Mahikari Prayer Book and Holy Words. What took much hard penance to know God in the earlier times is now presented to us on a silver platter. Who, What and How God is, can be summarized in 12 small phrases as follows :

God’s profile is very simple. Please note that I have compiled this profile from the study of the above stated two Divine Books. We can see from this profile that our Parent is so grand ! You will agree with me that these 12 small phrases can be remembered and understood, even by a child studying in the second standard. Then what is the big deal in understanding God ?

The thing is that we have to practically understand God, through personal realizations and awakenings, by undergoing the spiritual training, which takes up a pretty long time, depending upon each person. Those who have understood God have understood everything ! After understanding God, we have to continuously relate with Him as a true child of God. This will make a full circle of our understanding God, who is our lovely Parent. He is All-in-All.

C) ‘Helping God’ is different in the context of Sukyo Mahikari. Elsewhere, one uses one’s hands to do some manual or administrative work for a Temple or an Ashram. But in our case, our hands are specifically used by God to do divine and spiritual works viz. Mahikari-no-Waza i.e. radiating the True Light of Creator God from one’s palm. We are supposed to exchange True Light on a day to day basis, throughout our life time and master it. It is not a healing method, but a purifying practice. Mahikari contains God’s Will, Love & Wisdom.
Radiating the Divine True Light from the palms of hands of ordinary persons like us is a unique historical phenomenon. With the advent of Omitama (a Holy Pendant), we are in a position to help God and others, through our hands in real terms. God’s greatness lies in using our two hands, which have committed very many sins in the past. Only God can do this daring !

In Shrimad Bhagwad Geeta, the famous ancient scripture of India, these three things are designated as Bhakti Yoga, Gyana Yoga and Karma Yoga. Sukyo Mahikari offers us the perfect combination of these three Yogas in our life. Therefore, we should try our best to become the real lover, knower and helper of God. This will confer perfection of our human life.

We all very well know that Mahikari-no-Waza is one wing and that Shinri-Seiho is another wing of Sukyo Mahikari. Mahikari-no-Waza is a practical method of radiating God’s Light, quite familiar to us by now. Shinri-Seiho is the source of all types of Divine Principles. They have been established from the beginning of the universe for the whole creation to follow. Therefore, please allow me to elaborate on Shinri-Seiho :

A) SHINRI means the Divine Truth. The Divine Truth means the fact that there are three interactive worlds, namely Divine, Astral and Physical and that there are three interactive human bodies, namely Spiritual, Astral and Physical. These three worlds and three bodies are also interactive amongst themselves.

B) SEIHO means the Righteous Spiritual Path. Seiho means that the whole universe is controlled in the manner of spirit first, mind follows and body belongs. So, when we are able to do things in this correct order, we are actually harmonizing with the thinking and working of God. As soon as we act in an adverse way, the sin and suffering arise. Walking on the Seiho brings merits and three conditions of true happiness namely, Health, Harmony & Prosperity. Shinri is a principle. Seiho is a practice, based upon this principle. Such clarity of Shinri-Seiho was not available to Socrates, George Bernard Show, Aristotle, Abraham Lincoln, Leo Tolstoy, Swami Vivekanand, Shree Raman Maharshi, Shree Arvind Ghosh, Mahatma Gandhi, Ravindranath Tagore, Mother Teresa, Maharshi Mahesh Yogi, Osho Rajneesh, Swami Rama and such other famous, popular and great personalities of the past. World religions reveal partial truth, but Sukyo Mahikari offers the full truth, for the first time, in the history of mankind. The coming positive world civilization would be operated, based upon Shinri-Seiho. Then it will be known as a Golden-Age, which has been predicted and awaited since long time. Thus, the meaning of the Divine Truth is different from the ordinary meaning of the word ‘truth’, which we commonly use it while saying, ‘he is telling the truth or he is telling the lie.’

The much talked about three great virtues of ABSOLUTE GRATITUDE, GENUINE HUMILITY & SINCERE OBEDIENCE can be effectively appreciated by three comparisons, as under : (Though these words are very familiar to us since our second grade school time, we are equally lacking them in our life most of the times. We have to build up on these accounts through divine service, improving them little by little. Other virtues will follow suit.)

A) In order to receive the spiritual and material blessings from God, we must create a store-room in our inner space. How to construct that subtle store-room ? We can make the foundation of the store-room, by using the virtue called ‘Sincere Obedience’. We can make walls and ceiling of the store-room, by using the virtue called ‘Genuine Humility’. We can make the entrance door of the store-room, by using the virtue called ‘Absolute Gratitude’. God can start consigning the blessings to us, once this store-room is visible to Him inside our heart.

B) We are good at handling CASH, CHEQUE & CREDIT CARD in today’s materialistic civilization. These three are our traditional currencies. What I visualize and realize is that in the coming new civilization, there will be three virtual currencies, namely; Sincere Obedience, Genuine Humility and Absolute Gratitude. We will be using them like currencies. It will be easy to carry these three risk-free virtual currencies, anywhere.

C) The three great virtues can be practiced in unison and not in isolation. For instance, one can not be obedient and arrogant at the same time or one can be obedient and yet dissatisfied at the same time. Only for description purpose, they are separately mentioned. In fact, it is a three-in-one package for practice. These three great virtues are like a bird. Sincere Obedience forms the body of the bird, Genuine Humility being one wing and Absolute Gratitude being another wing of the bird. A bird can fly only if all the three organs are in proper working condition.

In short, we have to accept the things - humbly and gratefully. That is the winning formula. Moreover, active and continuous apology to God, ancestors and attached spirits is the central theme of our spiritual training. Our spiritual masters have personally experienced the practical powers of these three great virtues coupled with offering apology and therefore they have endorsed the same to us. We can possess and use this treasure or reject and discard also. These three great virtues act as effective antibiotics to eliminate our selfish ego and self-conceit.

5) Ego leads us to hell. Freedom from ego leads us to heaven (and heaven-on-earth, too).

6) Selfish ego and self-conceit are like husband and wife. Attachments are their children.

7) We have been prone to sins - only because of our selfish ego and self-conceit.

PLEASE PERMIT ME TO BE UNITED WITH YOUR DIVINE PLAN, SPIRITUALLY ELEVATE TO ATTAIN THE DIVINE NATURE AND MASTER THE PRACTICE OF MAHIKARI-NO-WAZA, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH !

The Divine Plan of Su-No-Kami, the Creator, is to return this world to the one of the Righteous Path, radiated by the Positive Light of God.

When we have Faith in and Devotion to God, He gives us His Power and Wisdom, which in turn give us Salvation and Happiness. Thanks and best wishes for your KAMIMUKI & SATORI !

#Let us assume that 4 generations live within 120 years, upon this physical world. Based on this, the network of our ancestors, as our related souls–spirits, would be as under :

#THE HUMAN SOUL-SPIRITS ARE IMMORTAL BY THEIR NATURE. THEREFORE, THEY ARE EITHER LIVING IN THE SPIRITUAL WORLD OR REBORN INTO THE PHYSICAL WORLD. WE CAN CONSIDER 30% TO 80% OF RECYCLING OF SOUL-SPIRITS BY WAY OF REBRITH INTO THIS WORLD, WITHIN THE SAME OR DIFFERENT ANCESTRY.

#THE RECORDED HISTORY OF THE WORLD IS FOR ABOUT 12,000 YEARS. HOWEVER, OROGINALLY HUMAN SOUL-SPIRITS ARE SAID TO BE CREATED & MATERIALISED BEFORE BILLIONS OF YEARS BY THE PARENT GOD.

#THERE CAN NOT BE A MISSING LINK IN ANYONE’S ANCESTRY CHAIN. THEREFORE, ONE MUST BE GRATEFUL TO ALL THE ANCESTORS & THEIR EXISTENCE. EACH ONE OF US IS THE LAST VISIBLE LINK OF THE BIG INVISIBLE CHAIN. WE ARE NOT EXISTING ON OUR OWN STRENGTH AND WISDOM.

#WE ARE THE GRAND SYNTHESIS OR ESSENCE OF OUR ANCESTORS. NO ONE CAN AVOID OR ESCAPE THE INFLUENCE OF ONE’S ANCESTORS, GOOD OR BAD. AT LEAST, WE ARE MOST INFLUENCED BY OUR IMMEDIATE PAST 7 GENERATIONS.

#CREATOR GOD IS OUR COMMON SPIRITUAL PARENT - “THE Nth ONE.” IN THIS WAY, ALSO, WE ARE ALL SPIRITUAL RELATIVES, WITHOUT DOUBT. WE ALL ARE DIVIDED SOULS & SPIRITS OF CREATOR GOD i.e. PARTS AND PACELS OF OUR PARENT GOD.

#THE PRESENT POPULATION OF THE WORLD IS ABOUT 6.5 BILLONS. THEREFORE, ALL ARE RELATED TO US, AS PART OF OUR ANCESTRY CHAIN.

#IT BECOMES OBVIOUS THAT WE MUST LOVE & RESPECT EACH & EVERY PERSON IN THE PHYSICAL & SPIRITUAL WORLDS - BECAUSE WE ARE ALL MUTUALLY RELATED.

#THE CORRECT ORDER TO BE OBSERVED IN PRACTICAL LIFE IS ANCESTORS FIRST, PARENTS NEXT, DESCENDANTS LAST. ANCESTORS ARE THE ROOTS, PARENTS ARE THE STEMS AND DESCENDANTS ARE THE BRANCHES.

#OUR ANCESTORS’ SPIRITUAL GROWTH AND ELEVATION IS THE KEY TO OUR OWN WELFARE AND HAPPINESS. IT IS SIMPLY REFLECTED IN OUR PHYSICAL LIFE.

#WE ARE LIVING NOW ON THIS EARTH BECAUSE OUR ANCESTORS PASSED ON THE LIFE-FORCE FROM GENERATION TO GENERATION. NO ONE COMES FROM THE THIN AIR, BUT ONLY THROUGH ONES PARENTS AND PARENTS COME FROM ANCESTORS. OUR ANCESTORS’ MERITS AND DEMERITS AS WELL AS VIRTUES AND ABILITIES ARE ALSO TRANSMITTED TO US. BLOODLINE CARRIES MANY, MANY THINGS.

#ACCORDINGLY, WE ARE SUPPOSED TO RESPECT AND SERVE OUR ANCESTORS, WHO ARE OUR GUIDES AS WELL AS OUR GUARDS, DAY IN AND DAY OUT. OUR SINCERE APOLOGY AND GRATITUDE IS OVERDUE TO THEM, IN FACT.

#ANCESTORS ALTAR IS A VIRTUAL CORRIDOR TO THE ASTRAL WORLD, WHERE OUR ANCESTORS ARE TAKING THEIR SPIRITUAL TRAINNIG. IT IS OUR CONTACT POINT. ANCESTORS’ WARNING AND ADMONITION OPERATE IN OUR LIFE BUT WE FAIL TO TAKE NOTICE OF THE SAME. THEY CAN HELP AS WELL AS HARM US.

#THE AGE OF ONE PARTICULAR SOUL IS ABOUT 30,000. TAKING ONE CYCLE OF A BIRTH IN THE PHYSICAL WORLD AND SUBSEQUENT STAY INTO THE ASTRAL WORLD, IT COMES TO ABOUT 300 YEARS. THEREFORE, ONE SOUL TAKES BIRTH FOR ABOUT 100 TIMES, IN ALL, IN THE PHYSICAL WORLD. AFTER THIS CYCLE, EITHER IT IS SPIRITUALLY PERFECTED OR ERASED FROM THE SPIRITUAL EXISTENCE.

#TOWARDS THE PERFECTION OF THE HUMAN SOUL, THE SOUL-SPIRIT LOSES ITS ASTRAL BODY AND RETAINS ONLY THE SPIRITUAL BODY. THEREAFTER, THE SOUL IS NOT REQUIRED TO TAKE BIRTH IN THE PHYSICAL WORLD AND IT REMAINS ONLY IN THE SPIRITUAL WORLD. THIS IS CALLED THE ULTIMATE SPIRITUAL SALVATION.

#HOW PROFOUND AND INTRICATE IS THE GREAT DIVINE ARRANGEMENT FOR OUR ULTIMATE SPIRITUAL SALVATION ! THOUSAND THANKS TO SUCH A GOD !!!
